How do I clean my Ninetails?
Just remove the fabric cover and wash it in your washing machine. It can be dried easily on a low tumble setting. Once dry, it can be placed back on the bed.

We offer FREE standard shipping worldwide. We also offer insured shipping and express shipping options.
When will my Ninetails be delivered?
Your Ninetails is hand made to order, most orders ship in about 7 days.

How do I track my order once it has shipped?
A tracking number will be sent to you when your product is shipped and arrives in your destination country. You can also track your order on our tracking page.

Can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched to our manufacturer, we will immediately refund your full payment.
If your order has been dispatched, we can only refund your payment after you have received the parcel and shipped it back to us.
What if my Ninetails arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We require you to contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
